Sollae Cloud version 2 (V2) ended its service in September 2023.
Until the end date, both Sollae Cloud V2 and version 3 (V3) coexisted, allowing users to access and manage their devices without interruption.
However, after the scheduled end of service date, Sollae Cloud V2 is no longer accessible, and users can only utilize Sollae Cloud V3 to continue using the platform's features and functionalities.

Please be aware that, during the transition from Sollae Cloud V2 to V3, we have already completed the upgrade of the Sollae Cloud service on our end. To fully complete the migration process, it is crucial to upgrade firmware of all your Sollae IoT Gateway devices to the new version.
If your Sollae IoT Gateway devices are still running firmware version 2 after the scheduled end of service, you need to upgrade it to version 3 by using spFinder.

Make sure your PC can access to the Internet. Please follow the steps below to upgrade the firmware online:



- Search and Connect to your product by spFinder.
- Click [Advanced] > [Firmware change] menu.
- Click [Upgrade] button, select [Automatic online upgrade] option.

Once upgraded, your gateway device will be compatible with Sollae Cloud V3 service, enabling you to log in to the Cloud web app and continue managing, monitoring, and controlling your devices.
